Insulation monitor RN 5897/020
Insulation monitoring now for DC charging stations

Electrical safety must be ensured during the charging process. For this purpose, an unearthed DC power supply system (IT system) with insulation monitoring is installed and monitored by means of an insulation monitoring device (IMD). DOLD has developed an smart insulation monitoring solution for DC charging stations. The insulation monitor RN 5897/020 of the VARIMETER IMD family is used here in accordance with the IEC/ EN 61851-23 standard and monitors the charging process from the charging station to the vehicle.

  • Response delay from ≤ 1s
  • Nominal voltage up to DC 1000 V
  • Integrated voltage measurement
  • Self-test function

Softstarter PF 9015
Smart softstarter

Motors which are used in ventilation systems, pumps and conveyor systems have a higher power requirement at start-up. In addition, the mechanical load increases significantly if the machine starts up too quickly. In order to reduce this high power consumption (up to 6 times higher) and the mechanical load, a soft start device is used. The PF 9015 from the MINISTART family is a robust softstarter for smooth starting and stopping of three-phase asynchronous motors with integrated monitoring functions.

  • Gentle power-saving start-up
  • Reliable gentle deceleration
  • Increasing the service life of systems

Softstarter / brake combination BL 9028
Softstarter with braking function

With the new softstarter / brake combination BL 9028 of the MINISTART series, DOLD presents a reliable device for smooth, energy-saving starting and gentle braking of asynchronous motors - particularly suitable for IE3 motors. Thanks to its combination of soft start/ brake device and standstill detection, the device is predestined for use in processing machines with large centrifugal masses, especially in wood processing, as well as for systems such as centrifuges, vibrators and fans. Whether retrofit or original equipment, the device can be used in the switch cabinet to save space.

  • Suitable for asynchronous motors up to 11 KW / 400 V
  • Suitable for IE1, IE2 and IE3 motors
  • Motor and device protection function
  • Integrated brake contactor

Interface module HL 3094N
Interface module - with forcibly guided contacts

More and more goods and people are being transported by rail. This increases the demands on technology and safety. In order to comply with the high safety standards and applicable standards according to EN 50155 in railway technology, high-quality relays are used which also have forcibly guided contacts according to IEC 61810-3, among other things. For this application, DOLD has developed the interface module HL 3094N with forcibly guided contacts, which is easy to integrate.

  • Simple contact multiplication
  • Monitoring of the switching condition
  • Large connection cross-section 0.5 - 2.5 mm²
  • Forcibly guided contacts according to IEC 61810-3

Interface module UG 3091
Interface module with 10 output contacts

The interface module UG 3091 from DOLD is the first choice if contacts have to be duplicated or amplified in machines and plants. With 10 output contacts and a width of only 22.5 mm, the module is a compact connection wonder. The forcibly guided NC contacts ensure monitoring of the switching condition. The UG 3091 can be used for decoupling the control and power levels or for separate switching of several current paths.

  • According to IEC/EN 60 947-5-1
  • With forcibly guided contacts according to IEC 61810-3
  • 10 output contacts
  • Pluggable terminal blocks for fast device exchange
