Configurable safety system SAFEMASTER PRO
The modular and configurable safety system SAFEMASTER PRO from DOLD monitors all safety circuits of machines and systems. It meets the safety requirements up to PL e / Cat 4 or SIL CL3 and is TÜV-certified. Already superbly proven for central solutions, SAFEMASTER PRO now also offers bus extenders for decentralised safety solutions.
The safe input / output extensions can be distributed in up to 6 module groups and assume all safety tasks of a system. The distance between the module groups can thereby be up to 50 m each.
The number of inputs and outputs of the central control module can be increased by extension modules at any time. The system can thus be optimally adapted to the respective application. Already the control unit with only 22.5 mm unit width features 8 safe inputs, 2 safe two-channel outputs as well as 4 test outputs and can be used as stand-alone module.
Up to 14 extension modules can be connected in addition to the control module. The maximum extent of SAFEMASTER PRO thus features 128 safe inputs and 16 safety-related, two-channel semiconductor outputs.
The safety system monitors safety functions such as emergency-off, safety door, light barriers, two-hand operation and many more. The configuration of the TÜV-certified system is done simply and intuitively through drag & drop. This allows realising numerous automation tasks with a single system – from the most simple machine via interlinked systems up to highly complex solutions.
