Take-back of old devices

E. Dold & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG is registered with the EAR (Elektro-Altgeräte-Register) under the registration number 92994522.

In accordance with the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) of 20 October 2015, we accept back electrical and electronic waste equipment that has been purchased after 13 August 2005 and should no longer be used. Older electrical and electronic equipment is not covered by this regulation.

Please note the following when returning old devices:

1.) Fill out the form completely.
2.) Print out the form and enclose it with your return.
3.) Send the old device(s) with carriage paid to the address below:

This take-back system is intended exclusively for electrical and electronic equipment of E. Dold & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG. Devices of other manufacturers are excluded from acceptance and will be returned at customers cost.
