Classic emergency stop modules for emergency stop monitoring to safeguard people and machinery - SAFEMASTER

Emergency stop modules, often referred to as emergency stop relays, are suitable for monitoring safety functions such as emergency stop or safety gate in almost any application. The emergency stop modules are characterized by maximum safety for man and machine with minimum space requirements and fulfill all criteria up to Performance Level (PL) e / Category 4 according to DIN EN ISO 13849. The emergency stop relays ensure that in the event of danger, dangerous movements on machines and systems are stopped or energy is switched off. This provides reliable protection for man and machine. The compact emergency stop relays can be integrated into the control cabinet in an extremely space-saving manner and allow time-saving wiring thanks to the plug-in push-in spring-cage terminals. The SAFEMASTER series of emergency stop relays is characterized by a large selection of variants and functions for a wide range of applications.

Classic safety relays for monitoring emergency stop and safety gate

The extensive SAFEMASTER product range offers conventional or monofunctional safety relays with emergency stop function. These find their optimal field of application when a plant or machine has a small number of required safety functions. Dold offers compact emergency stop relays from a width of 17.5 mm, variable connection technologies as well as emergency stop modules with time delay or power failure detection. The emergency stop modules are ready-to-connect, type-tested emergency stop modules that can be used in safety applications up to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3. Emergency stop relays are also suitable for use in firing systems according to EN 50156-1.

Not-Aus-Module, Not-Aus-Relais

The application example shows the monitoring of safety door and emergency stop in a machine with an emergency stop relay. The narrow emergency stop module can be used easily and in a space-saving manner in almost any application.
