Multiple fault occurrence time (CET)

Time span in which the probability of the occurrence of combined safety-critical multiple faults is sufficiently low for the requirement class under consideration. The time span begins with the last time at which the system under consideration was in a state assumed to be fault-free according to the requirement class under consideration.
