Safe shutdown

A stop of the drive corresponding to the hazardous situation (stop function). The electrical, electronic, electromechanical devices necessary for decelerating the drive must be included in the safety considerations.

Measures are e.g.

Controlled stop with safely monitored deceleration time
Controlled stopping with safe monitoring of the braking ramp
Uncontrolled stopping with mechanical brakes
