DC voltage relay UG 9431
Monitoring of DC voltage networks

The possibility of storing direct current from renewable energies and utilising it in industrial production is leading to the spread of DC voltage networks. The DC voltage relay UG 9431 from the VARIMETER series monitors these for overvoltages, undervoltages and exceeding of voltage ranges. With its large measuring range of DC 20 - 1000 V, the voltage relay UG 9431 can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications.

Energy meter RL 9405
Energy monitoring with Modbus RTU

Modern energy monitoring and energy management in accordance with ISO 50001 records energy data, visualises consumption and saves costs. The energy meter RL 9405 from the VARIMETER PRO series continuously measures and analyses the active energy consumed or supplied as well as voltages and currents. The RL 9405 can be used in 3-phase networks or 1-phase networks with neutral conductors (TN, TT, IT systems) and works without auxiliary voltage. By connecting the energy meter to a PLC, power and energy control can be carried out in manufacturing processes and IT data centres, for example, in order to uncover potential energy savings. The parameters of several energy meters can be collected, stored and analysed via the Modbus RTU interface using an RTU/TCP gateway.

Power Interlocking
Reliable all-pole disconnection

Power Interlocking enables a switchdisconnector to be integrated into the SAFEMASTER STS safety switch and key transfer system. It enables direct, all-pole disconnection and safety-related interlocking of the power supply to machines and plants. The safety system thus protects people when entering a danger zone. Thanks to its simple design, Power Interlocking, in combination with other SAFEMASTER STS modules, provides wireless, purely mechanical protection for safety doors without the need for an additional control level.

Door handle actuator TG
Robust design for your safety door solution

The robust door handle actuator TG of the SAFEMASTER STS system allows convenient and ergonomic operation of safety doors. The stainless steel actuator is available with an adjustable and spring-loaded actuator as well as with a self-adjusting actuator. The latter compensates for door offsets of up to 20 mm. The sturdy door handle actuator can also be fitted with a door handle on the inside which, in conjunction with a safety switch or a solenoid guard lock with escape release, offers locked-in persons an escape route. The solenoid guard lock with self-monitoring pull-wire escape release can be triggered up to a distance of 10 metres.

  • Simple integration of Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) safety functions

Power miniature relays OW 5691 and OW 5699
Highest switching reliability in the smallest space

The power miniature relays OW 5691 and OW 5699 are characterised by their extremely small dimensions combined with high switching capacity and reliability. Despite their minimal design of just 20,2 x 10,1 x 12,15 mm, the relays can easily handle switching and continuous currents of up to 8 A and can be used in many applications, especially in modern control technology and industrial automation. The wash-tight miniature relays known under the DILAIS brand have a wide operating voltage range and are available in different contact configurations.

Thermistor motor protection relays MK 9163N ATEX and MK 9003 ATEX
Optimised protection of motors against overheating

The thermistor motor protection relays MK 9163N ATEX and MK 9003 ATEX from the VARIMETER family reliably prevent thermal motor overloads. The devices monitor and protect standard motors equipped with PTC thermistor sensors and explosion-proof motors in accordance with directive 2014/34/EU. The motor protection relays are also used under difficult conditions, for example in applications with a high switching frequency, with heavy starting or where the cooling of the motors is reduced by a contaminated environment.
